Pressure sensing, regardless of the tag used, requires an extra mechanism in addition to the tag itself. For example, you could have the pressure change cause a small movement in something with a metal coating. A tag placed appropriately could sense the change in the position of the metal, and the reader would interpret this as a pressure change. Both the AZN3100 and AZN3200 could be used in this way, but the exact details of the required mechanism would be different.
