If the AZN3110 tag is installed in a non-metal surface the sensitivity will be affected to such a degree that it might become unreadable. And even if it becomes slightly readable with a high-power reader, the sensor codes, that provide a measurement of moisture, will not operate correctly. For moisture detection in non-metal surfaces, Axzon recommends the use of the AZN3100 tag.
